In case you had concerns, here are some polite company policies & frequently asked questions

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes you can cancel or reschedule your appointment though I ask you let me know as soon as possible. Unfortunately any cancellations on the same day of your appointment still requires the full payment.

What if I don't show up?

If you do not attend your appointment without contacting me you will not be able to book any future appointments until the missed appointment is paid for.

What if I am going to be late?

Please inform me as soon as possible if you are going to be late to your appointment. I may be able to accommodate depending on the day. On a busy day anything more than 15 minutes will cause your treatment time to be cut down. The full payment will still be required.
